Meredith Elliott established Elliott and Co (after being a partner of a medium sized firm in Fremantle) with the intention that it become one of the premier Deceased Estate law firms in Western Australia.
Ms Elliott has broad legal experience having worked in Western Australia and the United Kingdom in private practice, for charity and in Government.
Her qualifications and experience include the following:
Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia - Dwyer Durack (General Litigation), the Aboriginal Legal Service (Criminal Law, Childrens’ Jurisdiction), and Julienne Penny and Associates (General Litigation);
Solicitor in England and Wales - Mental Health Law and Solicitor to “The Bloody Sunday Inquiry”;
Investigator - Prosecutions, Ministry of Consumer Affairs and Police Investigations, State Ombudsman.
